Heya guys, even though, as usual, i'm working on a bigillion things i'm thinking of starting a new design project which i need your help with.

Average Joe & The Everyday Heroes: Set in the 1950's earth is nearly destroyed by a alien invasion. During the conflict the vast majority of earth's super heroes are killed, or otherwise taken out of action, leaving the villian population to run amok. Crime begins to rise at a unpresidented rate. The people need heroes and all earth's best and brightest champions are gone. Now all that's left are the 'B-Squad' a ragged band of those who never qualified to be heroes in their own right. The former side-kicks, wanna-bes, talented amateurs, and the just plain delusional must step up and fill the formidable shoes of their departed predecessors and become a new generation of heoroes.

What i need from you guys: Hero ideas. While i'm interested in drawing the heoroes myself what i need from you guys are ideas for the Everyday Heroes. When coming up with the ideas for your heoroes keep in mind both the period (the 1950's) and the fact that guys/girls thats are gonna make up this group were never full-hero material (no ridiculously over-the-top powers etc). So when you have a idea send me through the heroe's name, a breif bio, and what you think they should look like (and any design features you would like included).
